Employee Invitations

SocialWeaver is an Employee Advocacy platform that enables businesses to leverage their employees' social media networks for marketing purposes. One of the analytics widgets in SocialWeaver is the Employee Invitations widget, which provides valuable insights into how employees are responding to the invites that are being sent from the platform. In this article, we'll take a closer look at the Employee Invitations widget and what it can tell you about employee invitations.

What is the Employee Invitations Widget?

Employee invite links allow users to invite employees to participate in the Employee Advocacy program. When an invitation is sent, employees are prompted to select a way they want to interact with the content in the future. Based on the actions taken by the employee, the invitation response can be in one of three states - visited, started, or completed.

What is the Employee Invitations Widget?

Visited: If an employee clicks on the invitation link but doesn't complete the LinkedIn login, it counts as a visited response. This indicates that the employee has at least visited the invite link, but hasn't taken any action yet.

Started: If an employee logs in to their LinkedIn account but hasn't chosen a way to interact with the content, it counts as a started response.

Completed: If an employee completes the selection process, it counts as a completed response. This indicates that the employee has chosen a way to interact with the content in the future, such as by automatically liking or sharing it on LinkedIn, via email, or on Slack or Teams.

💡
If any employees have Started their onboarding process but have not yet finished it, their status on the Employee page, which can be accessed via Settings - Workspace - Employees, will be displayed as 'Did not complete the setup'.

Why is the Employee Invitations Widget Important?

The Employee Invitations widget provides valuable insights into how employees are responding to the invitations that are sent out. This information can help you identify areas where you may need to provide additional training or support. For example, if you notice that a large number of employees are only visiting the link but not completing the registration process, it may be a sign that they need more guidance on how to interact with the product effectively.

Conclusion

The Employee Invitations widget is a valuable analytics tool that can give you a better understanding of how many employees completed their setup process and identify areas where you may need to provide additional support or training.
