How to schedule analytics reports to your email

Need regular performance insights without logging in? SocialWeaver lets you schedule recurring analytics reports to be delivered straight to your inbox.

This is a great way to keep key stakeholders informed or stay on top of metrics without needing to check the dashboard manually.

Create a scheduled report

  1. Log in to your SocialWeaver account.
  2. From the left navigation, click on Analytics.
  3. At the top of the Analytics page, click the Share Report button.
  4. In the “Schedule Analytics Report” dialog, click Schedule New Report.
  5. Choose your desired Frequency — either Daily or Weekly.
    1. Daily reports include data from the last 24 hours.
    2. Weekly reports include data from the past 7 days.
  6. Select a Start Date for when the schedule should begin.
  7. Add one or more Recipients.
  8. Click Schedule to confirm and create your report.
💡
If you create multiple schedules with the same settings, you’ll receive multiple emails. These may not arrive at the exact same time, but they will contain the same data.

Once saved, the new schedule will appear in the dialog. You can delete it at any time if you no longer need it or want to update the recipient list.
